DESCRIPTION:Free Mobile Dental Clinic\nFree Mobile Dental Clinic for Adults\nThe Rabun County Mobile Clinic will be held April 13-15, 2023 at Tiger Baptist Church.\nTo qualify one must meet the income requirements and have no dental insurance.\nThe Emergency Food Assistance Program Household Eligibility Criteria Form will be used to determine income eligibility.\nApplications can be found at Rabun County Health Department, MedLink, Ninth District Opportunity Office, Community Partnership, Sharing and Caring, First Impressions, and Head Start.\nCompleted forms are to be returned to one of above locations on or before March 24th, 2023.\nIf accepted for extractions or fillings, an appointment will be made for April 13 for screening by a dentist to determine the actual need. After this screening, an appointment will be made for either April 14 or 15 for services.\nThis clinic is provided by the Georgia Baptist Mobile Health Ministry, and the Rabun County Baptist Association in partnership with local medical professionals and volunteers.\n
